Why does my GFCI keep tripping?
Moisture, an appliance leaking current, or an old GFCI wearing out. I test the outlet and what's plugged into it to find which one it is.
Why is my outlet warm?
Usually a loose connection or a worn outlet. Unplug what's in it, stop using it, and text me a photo.
Can I get USB ports in my outlets?
Yes. A USB outlet fits in a standard box and charges phones without an adapter.
Do dimmers work with LED bulbs?
LED-rated dimmers do. An older dimmer often makes LEDs flicker or buzz, and swapping the dimmer fixes it.
