They did the job, but the next day upon cleaning the grout, I noticed that some grout wasn't 100% refreshed. So I told Szeto and he immediately sent someone to remedy the problem. Note that I had already paid him, so he could have just taken the money and ran, but he instead sent someone to fix the issue and now my shower looks great. I would give 5 stars if the problem was done in 1 try but I respect that Szeto and team righted the issue I found.

Can't I just clean the grout?
If it's only dirty, a deep clean helps. If it's cracked, crumbling, or stained deep, cleaning won't fix it, and water can get behind the tile.
How long before I can use the shower?
Usually 24 to 72 hours, depending on the grout. I'll tell you the exact time for what I use.
Should corners be grout or caulk?
Caulk. Corners and the tub line move, so grout cracks there. Flexible caulk is the right material for those joints.
Can you change the grout color?
Yes, when it's fully regrouted. Spot repairs are hard to match on old grout.
